Pozole Recipe

Ingredients :
1 gallon of pozole corn
5 lbs of chicken (or the meat of your choice)
4 oz of olive oil
16 oz Adobo Lucha Oaxaca savory (1 package)
1 1/2 spoon of oregano
1 onion (for garnish)
2 to 3 spoons of pink salt
10 lemons (garnish)
2 oz oregano (garnish)
Procedure :
In a large pot, put the 4oz of olive oil and put the chicken to season for 5 minutes over medium heat, add 1 1/2 spoons of oregano, the clean gallon of hominy (1 large jar equivalent), add 3/4 gallon of water, salt and the Luchaoaxaca Savory adobo package, let it boil over medium high heat for 10 minutes and that's it.
The power of your stove varies, it could be 15 to 20 minutes to achieve the delicious taste of POZOLE LUCHA.
Cut the onion into small dice, cut the lemons into slices and then add them to taste.
Serves 8 to 10 people
